Wedding Photography Packages & Pricing

Every wedding day is unique, with its own timeline, priorities and atmosphere.
I understand that no two couples are the same, which is why I offer a range of wedding photography packages designed to suit different budgets, schedules and styles of celebration.

My approach to wedding photography is relaxed and storytelling-led, focusing on natural, candid moments that reflect the real emotions of your day - I work unobtrusively, blending into the background when needed so your day can unfold naturally whilst genuine memories are preserved.

I offer several wedding photography packages to suit both large and intimate weddings (scroll down to view).
All packages include my time and expertise, careful retouching, high-resolution digital images to download, and a secure online gallery to share with friends and family. Most packages also include a selection of professional prints.

Although I’m based in Surrey and Sussex, I provide wedding photography across the South of England and am happy to travel further afield if needed.

Microwedding / Elopement Package - £295
(up to 1.5 hours Coverage / up to 10 guests / single venue / digital only)

This package is ideal for intimate weddings and elopements, focusing on the moments that matter most. I’ll begin photographing as you arrive at your ceremony venue, capturing the atmosphere and all the key elements of the ceremony itself; including your walk down the aisle, your vows, ring exchange, signing of the register (posed or candid), and anything else that forms part of your ceremony.

Afterwards, I’ll photograph relaxed group shots and natural couple portraits in a suitable setting, before documenting you and your guests as you head off to continue celebrating.

This package includes a minimum of 50–100 professionally edited, high-resolution images, delivered via an online download and web gallery.

 

Ceremony Package - £345
(up to 2 hours Coverage / unlimited guests / single venue)

I will start photographing just before you and your guests arrive at the ceremony venue. Coverage includes all the key moments of the ceremony itself, from your walk down the aisle to the vows, ring exchange, signing of the register (posed and candid), readings, and any other elements that take place.

Following the ceremony, I will capture group photographs (as many as you’d like) as well as relaxed couple portraits in a suitable location, before documenting the couple and guests as they depart for the reception.

This package includes a minimum of 75–100 fully edited images, delivered via a high-resolution download and online web gallery, plus your choice of 35 professionally printed 7×5” prints.

Half-Day Package - £795
(unlimited afternoon & evening coverage / unlimited guests / 1-3 venues)

My Half-Day wedding photography package includes full coverage of your ceremony, your group photos & couples portraits (as with my Ceremony package above), along with everything that follows throughout the afternoon and evening. I’ll document all the key moments of your wedding day, including the reception and/or wedding breakfast, speeches, cake cutting and first dances, as well as plenty of relaxed, candid, reportage-style photographs of you and your guests enjoying the celebrations.

Coverage can take place across multiple venues if needed, and there’s no fixed end time - I’m happy to stay into the evening for as long as the story of your day is unfolding.

The package includes a minimum of 150–200 carefully edited, high-resolution images, delivered via an online download and web gallery, plus 100 professionally printed 7×5” prints selected by you.

Full Day Package - £995
(unlimited full day coverage / unlimited guests / unlimited venues)

My Full-Day wedding photography package tells the complete story of your wedding day, from the early morning preparations right through to the evening celebrations. It includes everything from my Ceremony and Half-Day packages, plus coverage at home or hotel in the morning to photograph the excitement of the bride, groom (or both!) getting ready, finishing touches, and your departure for the ceremony.

I work in a relaxed, friendly and unobtrusive way, capturing natural moments as they unfold and preserving the anticipation and emotion of the day as it begins. With unlimited venue coverage, I’m able to move freely between locations; from prep to ceremony, reception, portraits and evening celebrations - ensuring nothing is missed, no matter how your day flows.

There’s no set time limit on coverage. I’m happy to arrive as early in the morning as needed and stay late into the evening to fully document your wedding, from start to finish.

This package also includes a pre-wedding photoshoot at a location of your choice before the big day. It’s a great opportunity to feel comfortable in front of the camera, get to know how I work, and create a set of beautiful images that can be used for your wedding stationery, decorations or invitations.

You’ll receive a minimum of 200–250 carefully edited, high-resolution images, delivered via an online download and a web gallery to share with friends and family, plus 125 professionally printed 7×5” prints selected by you.

Silver Package - £1345

This package includes everything from my Full Day Package, but in addition to a set of 7x5" prints, high-res Download and web gallery, you will also receive a beautiful 33x28cm 40 page hard-cover photo book, containing all the treasured highlights from your special day.

I will show you the design of each page of your photo book for your approval before printing.

Gold Package - £1595

This package includes everything from my Silver and Full Day Packages, but in addition to a set of 7x5" prints, high-res download, web gallery, and 33x28cm 40 page photo book you will also receive an additional four 18x18cm 20 page family photo books - perfect for gifts to family!

All packages are available with a 25% deposit, once paid this confirms your booking. The remaining balance is due at any time up to and including the day itself. I accept payment by BACS, Cheque, PayPal or cash. Discounts may be available for off-season weddings.

Why Choose Me?

My name is Michael Clement, and I am a wedding photographer with over 15 years of experience. I’m passionate about photography and about weddings, and love helping my clients relive the magic of their special day. My goal is to tell a visual story that captures both the big moments and the little ones, so you can relive your love and celebration for years to come.

My style is all about capturing the real, often candid moments that make each wedding unique. I blend in with the flow of the day, capturing all the emotions - whether it’s a laugh, a tear, or a quiet moment - without interrupting the natural energy and sometimes without you knowing I’m there!

I also pay close attention to the little details that make your wedding special, like the lace on the bride’s dress or a unique handmade centrepiece on the table. These small touches often hold so much meaning, and can often trigger forgotten memories in years to come, so I make sure they’re part of your story.

I work closely with each couple to make sure the photos reflect exactly how wonderful their day really was. I have been lucky enough to shoot hundreds of weddings and am happy to guide each couple through the day if needed, with pre-wedding consultations part of every wedding package.

Common Questions about my approach to wedding photography

  • It means I won't spend your day posing you in awkward positions or barking orders. I blend into the background to capture the genuine laughs, the secret glances, and the 'real' moments as they happen naturally.
    Be assured, I’ll still be there for the more ‘formal’ parts too (such as groups and portraits)! However, I try to approach these in a professional, yet friendly way to keep you and your guests at ease.

  • Definitely! While my focus is on candid shots, I know how important family portraits are. We’ll usually spend 15–20 minutes taking group shots after the ceremony so you can get back to enjoying your party as quickly as possible.

    These group shots can be part of a pre-arranged list, on the fly on the day, or a mixture of both!

  • Living in the UK, I’m always prepared for the weather! I carry professional lighting equipment and 'pretty' umbrellas for you both (also I don’t mind getting wet while photographing you under them!), and I’m experienced at finding the best indoor spots at venues across Surrey and Sussex to ensure your photos look stunning regardless of the clouds.

  • I know how excited you’ll be to see your photos! I send a 'sneak peek' selection within 4 days, with your full, professionally edited digital gallery delivered within 6-8 weeks during peak season.

  • I provide wedding photography coverage in the entire southern region of England, in particular Surrey, West Sussex, London, Kent, Bedfordshire and Hampshire.

    I have frequently provided wedding photography in the following locations:
